  1. Mounting Rails: 

    These rails secure the solar cells to the structure. They are strong and made of durable materials, such as aluminum. Mounting rails are placed appropriately to support the weight of the panels.

    These are used to attach the solar cells to the mounting rails. There are two types: middle clamps and end clamps. They help keep the cells stable and prevent movement caused by wind or vibrations.


  3. Brackets: 

    These are used to attach the mounting rails to the roof or ground structure. They are designed to be strong enough to support the weight and withstand impacts.


  4. Bolts and Screws: 

    These are used to secure the various components, such as attaching the brackets to the roof or ground structure and securing the clamps to the solar cells. They are typically made from corrosion-resistant materials.


  5. Base Rail Supports: 

    These serve as the foundation for mounting rails, used for installations on the ground or non-roof structures. These bases ensure the system is positioned at the correct angle and can fully support the weight.


  6. Solar Trackers (Optional): 

    For installations requiring sun-tracking capabilities to enhance efficiency, solar trackers adjust the panels’ position throughout the day to follow the sun. This system requires additional specialized equipment.
